How it works
Step 1: Connect Calendly
Link your own Calendly account in BlueTier’s settings.
Step 2: A contact asks to meet
The cue has to come from their own words.
Step 3: Times join the reply
Real available times and a booking link go into the AI draft, or into the AI’s own reply with Auto-answer on.
Step 4: They pick a time
With Calendly connected the AI books it, or they book through the link.
Only real times, never invented ones.
Every time in an offer comes from your available slots. The AI writing the reply is never shown the times — they are added to the draft after it is written — so it cannot make one up. No availability means no offer.
Offered when they ask, not before.
The assistant stays silent unless the contact’s own message asks to meet, and it holds back when the message is about something else, such as a support request.
Books only what they picked.
In a draft, the times and the booking link wait for your review. With Auto-answer on and Calendly connected, the AI sends them and books the time the contact chooses — one it offered, or a free time they ask for — and never on a passing mention.

See every answerDoes the AI book meetings automatically?
Only with Auto-answer on, and only a free time the contact chose, from the AI’s offer or in their own words. It books in your connected Calendly, which needs a paid Calendly plan (Standard or higher). Otherwise, and in drafts you send yourself, the contact books through the link.
Which calendar does it work with?
Calendly. You connect your own Calendly account, and the times it offers come from the availability you set.
