Your clients' outreach, run by our team.
A managed team offering: BlueTier's team runs outreach for each client in its own workspace, with its own inbox, pipeline and plan. Only the client's users, its assigned BlueTier staff and our administrators can open it.
Every client, its own workspace.
Each client runs in its own isolated workspace — inbox, pipeline and LinkedIn outreach — and sees only its own data.
A client workspace only ever shows that client's own data.

Assigned staff, logged visits.
BlueTier staff open a client's workspace only when assigned to it — administrators excepted — and their visits and changes are written to a staff access log.
Staff access to a client is assignment-based and written to a staff access log.
A client workspace whose portal is switched off moves into BlueTier's own workspace, where BlueTier's staff keep working it — never into another client's.
One team across every client.
BlueTier's team plans strategy and reporting across the clients it runs for you; each workspace keeps its own analytics, compared period over period and exportable.
Each workspace's analytics compare periods and export; our team reports across them.
A plan for every client workspace.
Each client bills on its own plan, with its own limit of connected accounts on any channel.

Questions agencies ask
Can an agency use BlueTier for several clients?
Yes, today as a managed team offering: BlueTier's team runs each client's outreach in its own isolated workspace, with its own inbox, pipeline and plan, and coordinates strategy and reporting across them.
Can one client see another client's data?
No. A client workspace only ever shows that client's own data. If a client's portal is switched off, its accounts and data move to BlueTier's own workspace, where BlueTier's staff keep working them — never into another client's.
Who can open a client's workspace?
The client's own users, BlueTier staff assigned to that client, and BlueTier's administrators. Staff visits, and every change staff make inside the workspace, are written to a staff access log.
Is there a self-serve agency seat?
Not today. Each client workspace is set up and run by BlueTier's team, and the client can sign in to its own workspace unless its portal is switched off.
Does every client need its own plan?
Yes. Each client workspace is billed on its own plan — Basic, Professional or Premium — with its own limit of connected accounts: up to two, four or eight, on any supported channel.
