A unified inbox gathers conversations from several messaging channels into one list. BlueTier’s collects LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email conversations from the accounts you connect, labels every message with AI triage, and lets you reply from one place on the channel each conversation came from.
Which channels can I connect?
LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email — Gmail, Outlook or any other mailbox over IMAP. Basic includes up to two connected accounts, Professional includes up to four connected accounts and Premium includes up to eight connected accounts, on any channel.
Is the unified inbox a help desk?
No. It is built for sales and relationship conversations, not support tickets: AI triage separates real prospects from people selling to you and from automated messages, and the people you talk to become contacts on your pipeline.
Does BlueTier collect my LinkedIn password?
No. BlueTier's registration does not ask for or store your LinkedIn password. Account connection and any identity-verification steps are completed through the applicable connected-account process. Never send BlueTier a password or verification code through email, chat, or a public form.
